How personal data submitted through generalkilit.com is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

The name, company/property, email, phone, city/country and message you enter in the quote, contact and support forms; the property type, room/locker count, door type and products you select in the quote wizard.
The page the form was sent from and, if present, the campaign that brought you to the site (UTM). To prevent abuse, the IP address is held in memory for short-term rate limiting only.
When you visit the site, without cookies: the pages viewed, time on page, the referring site, browser, operating system and device type, screen width and the country derived from your IP address. The IP address is stored with its last part removed; page views on the same day are matched with a one-way digest that changes every day, so there is no tracking across days. If you submit a form, the pages viewed during that visit are linked to your request.
To answer your request, prepare a quote and provide after-sales support, based on KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishing a contract), Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest) and the consent you give in the form.
Visit statistics are processed to measure and improve the use of the site under KVKK Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
Your request is forwarded to the General Kilit and Telcom sales/service teams who answer it. Hosting and (if used) email notification providers process the data only to provide that service. It is not sold or shared for marketing.
Request records are kept for the limitation periods set by law after the request is closed, then deleted or anonymised. Visit statistics are deleted automatically after 13 months.
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn the recipients, object and claim compensation.
